Introducing a new concept of “Barbeque and Pasta Under the Bridge”, Executive Chef, Wayan Sukarta and his team of white jackets, have prepared a brand new menu of delicious barbecue and pasta dishes.
Diners may choose from a fresh selection of barbeque fish, prawns, pork ribs, beef tenderloin steak, chicken or vegetables with signature sauces to their liking, combined with tempting sides such as bâtonnet sweet potatoes and grilled sweet corn. For lighter fare, diners may choose from a selection of delectable pasta dishes or beef and veggie burgers. And diners can top it all off with delicious desserts such as our signature Tamarillo and Lemon Tart or Churros.
A relaxed and casual ambiance on the restaurant’s manicured lawn right underneath the Divine Bar is perfectly complemented by the flowing sound of the River Wos, and the cool breeze of Ubud’s lush jungle. The ever-thirsty Mixologists have also concocted a line of Arak-based cocktails for guests to savour. Rest assured, bridges has implemented new health and safety protocols for both staff and guests including health checks, masks, frequent hand-washing and sanitizing of all areas to create a safe environment.
